That's a cool mini and really nails the Gabriel Bá aesthetic.
ReplyDeleteMantic once again going for the cheaper comic aesthetic rather than series? I don't even know which character this is, not having read the comics.
ReplyDeleteHard pass for me, not a fan of the artist, though this is a very nice piece of digital sculpting.
I enjoyed the series, and your opinion is certainly as valid as anyone else's, so please don't view this as an attack, but why would you prefer the series aesthetic over the comic aesthetic? With the exception of Klaus, I've found that the comic aesthetic is way more interesting.
DeleteIt's simple, I'm not a fan of the art style at all, and with comic book stuff I've always preferred those with a more down to earth aesthetic - I was a massive fan of the modern military styled Stormwatch: Team Achilles over the original and later costumed Stormwatch series, for example.
