Gamecraft Miniatures added the 28mm Brownstone Houses to their range:
The initial launch includes 7 designs in two versions of each for a total of 14 models. Each model is available in both "Full First Floor" and "Half Basement" versions. The Half Basement version have shorter first floors that simulate the sunken basements seen on many Brownstones, making them about 3/4" shorter overall.
