Anvil Industry offers the pledges and add-ons from their Afterlife: Shards of Liberty Kickstarter in a post-Kickstarter campaign:

If you did not back the Kickstarter, its not too late - you can use the Pledge Manager exactly like our regular store to pay for the Rewards and Add-Ons you would like. The options for Paypal pledgers are exactly the same as the regular Kickstarter, so please read through the Kickstarter Project carefully to figure out what you want, add it all to your cart and checkout.
You will need to set up a new account to use on the Pledge Manager page, as its totally separate from our main retail store.
