Antenocitis Workshop published a comparision of the Scenic and Premier version of their civilian vehicles:
"Scenic" style vehicles have a solid fill between wheels and on the underside of the car which enables easier casting and cheaper end product. "Premier" vehicles are cast traditionally in split or two-part molds leaving a gap under the vehicle and around wheels.Link: Pictures on facebook
