Rebel Minis is an awesome little company. I use some of their 15mm Aliens in my Flames of War army (cuz it's funny). Great fast and friendly service, too.
They are rather small for Mechs, I would guess about the size of a truescale 28mm human. The last picture in this announcement shows a comparision with a 15mm Rebel Minis trooper: http://rebelminis.blogspot.de/2013/12/sneak-peek-new-cats-on-horizon.html
