Look at the forums, under unfilled orders. The bugs started shipping yesterday afternoon. But when I had posted the comment there were clearly two months of posts where people were saying that their orders were not shipped.
So I'm not sure why you would say that it's not true.
Well, reading the mentioned thread I still can't see why you have to tell people not to buy from DG. They are aware of the problem, they are taking care of it to the best of their abilities and they are communicating what is going on to their customers. Beside the fact that the Fix is not the right place for this kind of discussion, delays in shipping are rather normal for small companies. DG is not GW or PP.
I know it is not very nice to wait 2 months for an order, but as far as I can tell most of those orders got in as pre-orders (increasing the wait anyway) and I think there is a misunderstanding, because for DG it is not "everything ships on release date" but "we start shipping on release date". Although this might be an unusual way to handle orders, at least to me it was crystal clear that this is the way it goes.

ReplyDeleteI deleted the above comment because it is just not true. I ordered UAMC Marines myself and got them months ago.
