ReplyDeleteMe too. I guess it will be some kind of putty that will "dry" to a gum-like consistency. But if you can apply it with a brush and sculpt it during the "drying" process, this might be as revolutionary as the washes.

ReplyDeleteI had completely forgotten about Squadron Putty. My Dad used to use it all the time for his airplane models. Not sure if this is going to be similar stuff though. Is Squadron Putty water soluble? As I remember, the paste is pretty chemical heavy (hence the harmful vapor warning on the tube). You might be right, World's End, but this still seems pretty new. I'll just have to pick up a bottle and try it out. :)

The stuff mentioned above seems to be similar to Revell Plasto and that stuff is nasty (it actually almost ruined two of my tanks by melting the plastic due to the softener they use...). I expect that liquid GS

3) does not immediately ruin your brush
4) can be sculpt to a degree comparable of normal GS.
Then it would be quite different from the paste other companies offer.
Hmm, am I the only one who thinks it's a bit strange that this is the first time we hear of it, while the page says it's due to be out this saturday?
