From their announcement:
As a New Release bonus, until February 1st, one of these special alternate version figs will be included randomly in all PGJ-19 purchases. Sorry but I can’t accept requests for a specific bonus fig. This offer will have to be a ‘luck of the draw’ situation due to the limited quantities.
