A new beta version of the Jovian War rules is available from Dream Pod 9:
The Beta includes lots of new rules and game options, based on feedback from the Alpha. Plus its has datacards for all the new CEGA and Jovian faction ships that are planned the initial and stretch goals for the Kickstarter. There are counters with top views of all the new 3D spaceship models to scale on their 1.5"x1.5", 1.5"x3", 2"x4", or 2"x6" base plates.
